FRAGRANCE NOTES: The expected fresh and medicinal camphor notes are strikingly bright, with a slight floral nuance. Even so, the characteristic marshy-green Grosso-note stands out assertively. The top notes mellow and sweeten as a well-balanced and pleasant lavandin core presents itself, with the Grosso-note now gently supported. The underlying base is drier, airy, and mildly green, with hints of sweet spicy-woods that evolve into rounder tea tones. In the deep recesses lurk very soft, muted, but sweet floral notes, and there’s just a trace of sweet tea at the very bottom. This is a “top-heavy” Grosso oil with its brilliant opening and its stand-out character note. If you appreciate Grosso essential oil, this one is sure to impress.
